Manager

As an interim manager HAGAR has brought back spirit and drive into departments. Practicing individual and group coaching.
He also assisted the management by advisements for a different internal structure. Thereafter it was set into practice and attended. The whole period lasted about 8 months.

Department coach

HAGAR screened a department and suggested a different department structure. During this period individual and group coaching was practiced. The whole period lasted about 12 months.

Personal coaching

Personal coaching by HAGAR exists of a series of individual conversations. HAGAR has the intention to have these conversations in a way the coached person gains profit by it, that connects with his learning process and his own progress. This reaches further than work alone and the focus is on topics that are picked by the coached person itself.
